Qualifications

• Expected graduation with a bachelor’s degree between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience with at least one programming language and ability to explain learning approaches.
• Evidence of curiosity and self-directed learning (internships, projects, GitHub, hackathons).
• Interest in product-mind engineering: understanding user needs and solving problems.
• AI tool literacy and ability to validate outputs rather than rely on them.
• Strong collaboration, communication, adaptability, and ownership.
• GPA 3.0 or higher; sponsorship not required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design, development, testing, and delivery of software.
• Work with team to build features, fix defects, and participate in code reviews.
• Adopt Agile delivery, version control, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, and secure-by-design thinking.
• Partner with product managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs.
• Explore AI-enabled tools to prototype, learn, debug, and increase delivery speed.
• Communicate progress, document work, and collaborate to move the team forward.
• Build learning across unfamiliar code, tools, systems, and contexts with ownership.
• Present work and learnings to technology leadership at internship end.
