Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
• Expected graduation with a bachelor’s degree between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Evidence of self-directed learning, project work, internships, coursework using data to solve problems.
• General knowledge of analytics with interest in digital customer behavior and measurement.
• Experience analyzing datasets using Power BI, Tableau, SPSS, or Excel; familiarity with SQL, Python or R is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly through summaries, visuals, and presentations.
• Willingness to use AI and analytics tools thoughtfully while validating outputs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer experience across digital channels to uncover opportunities to create value.
• Work with senior analytics team and stakeholders to understand needs and scope projects.
• Gather, clean, explore, aggregate, and analyze data from large digital and business data ecosystems.
• Build reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Use tools such as Snowflake, Power BI, Excel, Adobe Analytics, SQL, Python, R when appropriate.
• Summarize insights, implications, limitations, and tradeoffs for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Partner with team on ad hoc analysis, A/B testing, troubleshooting, and measurement planning.
• Learn how a modern analytics team operates and how data influences decisions.
• Demonstrate ownership, curiosity, adaptability, and critical thinking.
• Present work and impact to technology leaders at internship end.
