Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with expected graduation between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028.
• Foundational understanding of networking, OS, cloud or infrastructure concepts.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and threat detection.

Responsibilities

• Assist security team with monitoring Grainger's environment for signs of compromise.
• Support vulnerability management and track remediation efforts.
• Learn how identities and access are mapped and how security controls support processes.
• Gain exposure to SIEM platforms for alert triage and log analysis.
• Document processes and communicate findings to teammates and leadership.
