RTX is offering an opportunity within the Test Solutions Engineering team to develop advanced Windows-based software for high-performance aerospace and defense systems. The role emphasizes object-oriented development, debugging, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

You will engage across engineering lifecycles, contribute to demonstrations, tests, and production environments, and work onsite in Tucson under US security clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).

The Test Solutions Engineering team within the Hardware Discipline Center focuses on creating advanced Windows-based application solutions for high-performance products. Our Test Solution tools and systems play a critical role in supporting the full lifecycle of complex systems, from engineering labs and field operations to production environments.

As a member of the Test Solutions team, you will engage in cutting-edge designs using the latest technologies, developing software solutions to integrate state-of-the‑art engineering systems. You will have opportunities to contribute across all stages of the engineering lifecycle, including demonstrations, tests, design verification, production, and sustainment.

What You Will Do

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
