RTX is seeking a Software Engineer for the Test Solutions team in Tucson, AZ. You will design, develop and integrate object-oriented applications using C# and C++ in Visual Studio on Windows, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires a Master’s in STEM and experience with C++, C#, Java, Python, and Windows/Visual Studio. Onsite work with full-time employment; US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
• Experience in developing software applications using programming languages including but not limited to C++, C#, Java, Python or Visual Basic.
• Experience with Windows Operating System and Microsoft Visual Studio is required.

The Test Solutions Engineering team within the Hardware Discipline Center focuses on creating advanced Windows-based application solutions for high-performance products. Our Test Solution tools and systems play a critical role in supporting the full lifecycle of complex systems, from engineering labs and field operations to production environments.

As a member of the Test Solutions team, you will engage in cutting-edge designs using the latest technologies, developing software solutions to integrate state-of-the‑art engineering systems. You will have opportunities to contribute across all stages of the engineering lifecycle, including demonstrations, tests, design verification, production, and sustainment.

What You Will Do:

• Design, develop and integrate object-oriented software applications using C#, C++ in Microsoft Visual Studio in a Windows Operating System (OS).

• Knowledge of Software Configuration Management principles
• 3.0 cumulative GPA desired

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
