The Test Solutions Engineering team within the Hardware Discipline Center focuses on creating advanced Windows-based application solutions for high-performance products. Our Test Solution tools and systems play a critical role in supporting the full lifecycle of complex systems, from engineering labs and field operations to production environments.
As a member of the Test Solutions team, you will engage in cutting-edge designs using the latest technologies, developing software solutions to integrate state-of-the‑art engineering systems. You will have opportunities to contribute across all stages of the engineering lifecycle, including demonstrations, tests, design verification, production, and sustainment.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
