Job summary

RTX's Test Solutions Engineering team in Tucson, AZ develops Windows-based applications for high‑performance systems. You will design, implement, and debug object‑oriented software using C# and C++ in Visual Studio, supporting the engineering lifecycle from labs to production.

A STEM bachelor’s is required along with experience in C/C++, Python or Visual Basic, Windows OS, and software lifecycle methods (Agile/Waterfall). This onsite role requires eligibility for a DoD Secret clearance.

The Test Solutions Engineering team within the Hardware Discipline Center focuses on creating advanced Windows-based application solutions for high-performance products. Our Test Solution tools and systems play a critical role in supporting the full lifecycle of complex systems, from engineering labs and field operations to production environments.

As a member of the Test Solutions team, you will engage in cutting-edge designs using the latest technologies, developing software solutions to integrate state-of-the‑art engineering systems. You will have opportunities to contribute across all stages of the engineering lifecycle, including demonstrations, tests, design verification, production, and sustainment.

What You Will Do

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
