This role offers a salary range of $133,000 to $181,000 annually. Shippo is a core component of e-commerce infrastructure, providing shipping solutions through a unified API and dashboard, supporting international shipping, labels, tracking, and more.

Responsibilities

• Develop user interfaces and end-to-end solutions for new features
• Create reusable components to ensure product consistency
• Write robust, tested code from inception to deployment
• Support QA and test automation initiatives
• Participate in architectural discussions and scalability planning
• Contribute to technical planning and review processes
• Engage in on-call support and develop long-term roadmaps
• Collaborate with product and design teams to refine features
• Work with engineers to meet product milestones
• Implement tools for user behavior analysis and telemetry

Qualifications

• BSc in STEM or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in software development
• Experience with React, Typescript, APIs, databases, and modern UI frameworks
• Familiarity with Python, Django, Postgres, Kubernetes
