About The Role

As a Front End Engineer III, you will be part of the Managed Services Product Group, building and maintaining the user interface for the Falcon platform. This platform supports the Falcon Complete Next-Gen MDR service, enabling security analysts to protect customers worldwide 24/7. Your work will involve creating scalable, high-quality web applications using Ember.js (or similar modern frameworks), delivering intuitive user experiences that help both analysts and customers understand and manage complex security environments.

This role offers a remote-first, collaborative environment with opportunities for mentorship, technical leadership, and contributing to product direction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain single-page web applications primarily using Ember.js
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
• Build tools to enhance team productivity and development experience
• Write automated tests to ensure software quality
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UX designers, product managers, QA, and security analysts
• Stay informed on cybersecurity industry challenges and evolving technologies
• Contribute positively to a remote, high-trust work environment
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Ember, React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Solid HTML and CSS skills, including experience with preprocessors like Sass or PostCSS, or frameworks such as Tailwind CSS
• Experience with testing frameworks and tools such as Playwright, QUnit, or Mocha
• Knowledge or interest in building accessible user interfaces
• Familiarity with Git or similar version control systems
• Strong collaboration skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with client-side build tools like Ember CLI or Webpack
• Contributions to open source projects
• Experience with graphics and data visualization libraries (e.g., D3, Three.js)
• UI performance optimization and accessibility testing expertise
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Background in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS products
