Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a QA Engineer to validate reusable UI components, build regression suites, and implement automated tests with Cypress or Playwright. You will perform both automation and select manual testing, including accessibility checks, to ensure quality across releases.

You will collaborate with Product, Design and Engineering to understand requirements, enhance testing coverage, and contribute to CI/CD processes. Strong communication and an eye for detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience.
• Experience in software QA, with a mix of automation and manual testing.
• Strong understanding of component based development and how to validate reusable front end components.
• Hands on experience with Cypress and familiarity with Playwright libraries.
• Experience maintaining and executing regression test suites.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
• Strong collaboration and communication skills - able to work with empathy and respect in a team oriented environment.
• Analytical and detail oriented mindset with a passion for delivering high quality software.

Responsibilities
