Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 3+ years of experience.
• Hands-on experience in system design, development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with modern programming languages and SQL.
• Experience using enterprise AI-assisted development tools and evaluating AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
• Understanding of responsible AI use and secure handling of data.

• Executes software solutions with design, development, and troubleshooting.
• Creates secure, high-quality production code and maintains algorithms.
• Uses AI coding assist tools to improve code quality, speed, and productivity with peer review.
