Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools.
• Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows.
• Frontend: React or Angular with TypeScript.
• Backend: Python, Java, or Kotlin with REST or GraphQL.
• Data Engineering/Platform: Spark, Kafka, Airflow, Snowflake, and AWS.
• Platform engineering: containers, CI/CD, observability, and controlled release practices.
• Applied AI with LLMs: Claude Code, Agent, Skills, RAG, embedding, eval and guardrails

Responsibilities

• Executes standard software solution, design, development, and technical troubleshooting.
• Writes secure and high-quality code using the syntax of at least one programming language with limited guidance.
• Leverages enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools to improve code quality and productivity with peer review and tests.
• Designs, develops, codes, and troubleshoots with consideration of upstream and downstream systems.
• Hands-on design and development of agentic production data platform with full stack ownership.
• AI-first mindset in developing code using Claude Code and building agents.
• Develop AI skills, agents, MCP server to deliver business value.
• Applies SDLC tools and enterprise AI-assisted development to improve automation value.
