Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Software Engineer for a hybrid role based in MPK. You will build infrastructure to support consumer acquisition and retention, and develop deep linking, attribution, and audience segmentation across campaigns.

You will implement tracking pixels and help run end-to-end growth experiments with Marketing and Engineering teams. The ideal candidate has strong backend or full-stack experience, Python and SQL proficiency, and knowledge of data pipelines and marketing tech

Qualifications

• Backend / Full-Stack software engineering experience required.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data-driven features.
• Experience with deep linking and mobile/web attribution.
• Knowledge of data pipelines and audience segmentation.
• Ability to implement conversion tracking and advertising integrations.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and growth experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Build engineering infrastructure to support consumer acquisition and retention.

• Implement conversion pixels and track campaigns in onboarding funnels.
• Translate behavioral signals into audience parameters for campaigns.

Compensation: $62 - $82

Software Engineer Summary

• Build engineering infrastructure supporting consumer acquisition and retention campaigns.
• Develop and maintain deep links and mobile/web attribution across paid campaigns, influencers, referrals and off-platform channels.
• Build audience segmentation tables using cross-app behavioral data and connect them with advertising infrastructure.
• Implement conversion pixels and campaign tracking within onboarding funnels.
• Map behavioral signals into audience parameters for targeted marketing/email initiatives.
• Build and evaluate end-to-end growth experiments and A/B tests, collaborating closely with Marketing and Engineering.
