Job summary

RTX is seeking a software engineer in Tucson to design, develop, and integrate object‑oriented software using C# and C++ in Visual Studio on Windows. You will prioritize tasks, diagnose issues, and document software requirements while collaborating in a multidisciplinary team.

• Experience with software development lifecycles (Waterfall, Agile) and configuration management.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
