BTS Software Solutions seeks a Software Engineer II with an active TS/SCI w/ Poly to join our team in Ft. Meade, MD. The role develops, maintains, and enhances complex software systems, including real-time analytics and large data handling, with emphasis on software design, testing, and integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 4 years additional SWE experience may substitute for degree.
• 2 years experience developing and customizing core ServiceNow applications.
• 4 years experience with ServiceNow implementations.
• 2 years developing on the ServiceNow Platform.
• ServiceNow certification (Administrator or Developer) required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems based on documented requirements.
• Review and test software components for design adherence; document test results.
• Resolve software defect reports and improve documentation and development processes.
• Design, code, and modify software to add features; integrate software into new environments.
• Lead one or more software development teams within the chosen process.
