Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in HTML, XML, JavaScript and related web technologies.

Responsibilities

• Verifies changes by developing unit test plans, test data and scripts; performs desk checks and debugging.
• Owns problem management process and ensures resolution to completion.
• Identify and resolve advanced application issues using appropriate code languages, toolsets, or configuration processes.
• Monitor lifecycle of systems and be aware of obsolescence and release dates.
• Review patch and upgrade information and ensure implementation where appropriate.
