Spot Freight, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer II focused on AI Integration to design and implement new features for our logistics platform using .NET and C#. You’ll refine and scale solutions, ensuring performance and alignment with modern standards.

You will work on AI Agents, Document Intelligence, image processing and related initiatives, collaborating with a cross‑functional team on on‑site projects in Tampa.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in CS or related field or equivalent technical experience.
• 5+ years of professional .NET/C# experience/exposure.
• Expertise in building agentic AI workflows and autonomous AI systems.
• Familiarity with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.
• Experience leveraging AI/LLM solutions for business goals.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative source control concepts.

About the Role

In the Software Engineer II role, with a focus in AI Integration, you’ll collaborate with a dynamic team to design and implement new features and integrations that expand the functionality of our platform using .NET and C#. As technology evolves, you will also be tasked with refining existing solutions, ensuring they remain efficient, scalable, and aligned with modern standards. Performance is key. You’ll be responsible for coupling our broad technical ecosystem with emerging technologies such as AI Agents, Document Intelligence, Image Processing, and more.
