Job summary

A&M Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our team in Suitland, MD.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph to be considered and focuses on developing desktop and web solutions on Microsoft platforms (.NET, ASP.NET, C#). You will design, code, test, and deploy software, perform custom development when needed, and ensure systems meet stringent US government IA and security standards while designing middleware for seamless data exchange

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of experience; Master's with 7+ years; PhD/JD with 4+ years.
• Active TS/SCI w/ CI Polygraph or better required.
• Security+ CE or equivalent DoD 8140/8570 certification.

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for detailed design, documentation, coding, code optimization, unit testing, deployment, and improvements of desktop and web-based solutions on Microsoft platforms (.NET, ASP.NET, C#, etc.).

• Ensures software code is developed and maintained per USG Information Assurance and Security standards.
• Designs, implements, and manages middleware solutions for communication and data exchange between applications and systems.
• Ensures seamless integration, optimizes performance, and troubleshoots middleware/application infrastructure issues.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience.
• Active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly or better (required)
• Security+ CE or equivalent DoD 8140/8570 Certification

• Target Salary Range: $180,000-$210,000 DOE
