Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related field with minimum 1 year relevant experience or equivalent
• Excellent academic record (GPA 3.0+ as a rule)
• Proficient in developing moderately complex software in listed languages and using relevant tools

Responsibilities

• Create and execute designs for small sets of new functionalities
• Collaborate in code reviews to improve quality
• Mentor less experienced engineers (Software Engineer 1)
• Provide reliable solutions and perform root cause analysis
• Support on-call rotation for Garmin 24/7 operations
