Flexe in Seattle is seeking a Software Development Engineer II to join a product-focused engineering team. This hybrid role requires on-site presence Tue–Thu with remote Monday and Friday, offering a full-time opportunity with equity and a competitive salary.

You will design, build, and scale cloud-based services, using technologies like Ruby on Rails, Scala, and Kotlin, while collaborating with other engineers to deliver impactful solutions for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with building systems using Service Oriented Architecture or Microservice design patterns.
• Experience with designing reliable cloud-based systems at scale.
• Willing to learn and work in a team-oriented environment.
