Qualifications
- Bs/BA in computer science or related field with 2+ years of software development experience
- MS/MA or PhD in computer science or related field
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or PHP
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software applications for building energy efficiency
- Contribute to software releases, documentation, and presentations
- Translate domain needs into software requirements and implement components
- Collaborate across teams to deliver reliable, scalable software solutions
- Participate in Agile development and code reviews
- Support and improve APIs and data exchange for DOE projects
