Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other technical field.
• 1+ years of experience with state public assistance systems for eligibility or benefits.
• 1+ years supporting state government clients in eligibility, benefits, or information management.
• 1+ years of experience with systems implementation, operations & maintenance, or help desk/support.
• Ability to travel 0–25% based on client assignments.

Responsibilities

• Support systems implementation, operations and maintenance, and application support activities.
• Contribute to workstreams involving help desk operations and software development/maintenance.
• Complete assigned tasks and deliverables per project timelines and quality standards.
• Review work products for accuracy and identify issues for escalation.
• Collaborate with team members and client stakeholders to execute projects.
