• 1+ years experience supporting systems implementation, operations and maintenance, help desk or software development.
• Ability to travel 0-25% on average.

Responsibilities

• Supporting systems implementation, operations and maintenance, and application support activities.
• Contributing to workstreams involving help desk operations and software development and maintenance.
• Completing assigned tasks and deliverables in support of project timelines and quality standards.
