Raytheon Software Engineering in Fullerton, California is seeking a Software Engineer II to join the Air C2 (Command and Control) and Sensors software team. You will contribute to mission-critical C2 applications, participate in design, implementation, and testing, and collaborate in an Agile environment with travel up to 25%.

The role requires a STEM degree and 2+ years of experience in Java, OO design, and databases, plus eligibility for a U.S. government security clearance and U.S.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to work effectively within large, cross-functional teams.
• Knowledgeable in JavaScript / TypeScript, with experience in building dynamic and responsive frontend UI applications.
• Experience with modern web UI frameworks such as Angular, Vue.js, or React, and a solid understanding component-based architecture.
• Experience with one or more scripting languages
• Experience with reactive programming paradigms and frameworks for building scalable, event-driven applications.

The salary range for this role is 75,800 USD - 144,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
