Job summary

MEM Insurance is seeking a Software Engineer II to design, develop, test, deploy, and support software across the full lifecycle. You will work with an Agile team to deliver reliable solutions that meet business needs and customer expectations.

You will own features end-to-end, participate in code reviews, and help improve engineering standards and practices while growing your career in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, CE, IT, or related field preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support software across the full lifecycle.
• Refactor and enhance applications for quality, reliability and performance.
• Participate in code reviews and promote coding standards and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to clarify requirements and feasibility.
• Support DevOps, CI/CD practices, and deployment efficiency.
