Job summary

FIS Management Services LLC is seeking a Software Engineer to help shape the future of financial technology. You will work on scalable software across backend and frontend, collaborating with product, UX, and QA teams to deliver innovative features.

Bring 3+ years of SaaS/FinTech experience and deep knowledge of Java, Javascript, Typescript, and AI-assisted development tools to accelerate code generation, testing, and architecture decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience in SaaS or FinTech preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Javascript and Typescript.
• Experience with AI-powered development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Kiro, frontier LLMs).
• Experience with UI development, RESTful APIs, microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and similar PM tools is a plus.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
