Prattwhitney is looking for a Software Engineer II based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. In this role, you will develop embedded Linux systems in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to enhance Mission Systems products.

Software Engineer II – Advanced Technology and Capabilities Directorate. Develop embedded Linux systems for communications, information assurance, and general‑purpose processing, collaborating with FPGA, hardware, and systems teams to embed advanced technology into Mission Systems products.
Work with an experienced team to learn best practices and Collins’ engineering processes for world‑class embedded solutions, cutting‑edge technologies, and practical application of embedded Linux and low‑level software in communications, security, and space‑based products.
Estimated range: $68,900 – $131,100 USD, a good‑faith estimate for all experience levels. Additional compensation may include short‑term and long‑term incentive programs based on business and performance.
