We are looking for a decisive, collaborative technical leader who brings clarity, drives outcomes, anticipates change, and builds high‑performing teams while demonstrating integrity and accountability.
In this role, you will lead a Board Support package SW engineering team to meet cost, schedule, and technical performance goals while working alongside top engineers in software, FOGA, hardware, systems design and program management for military products based. You’ll have a critical voice from the initial pursuit phase through development, release, and long‑term sustainment, ensuring technical excellence while managing cost and schedule.
This position can be based in either Cedar Rapids or El Segundo. Cedar Rapids is the preferred location due to business needs.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
