Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Senior CI/CD DevOps Lead to drive leadership, technical direction and oversight across both On-Prem and Cloud (Salesforce/AWS) environments. You will guide CI/CD, DevSecOps practices, and software delivery for credit space applications, partnering with Product Owners and engineering teams to ensure scalable, secure releases.

The role requires extensive experience in DevOps/DevSecOps, multi-environment promotion, and strong collaboration across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ yrs DevOps/DevSecOps/Release Engineering experience required.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and enterprise deployment strategies.
• Security-focused CI/CD practices and containerized environments.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops and is accountable for feature delivery.
• Applies enterprise standards for solution design, coding and quality.
• Ensures solution meets product acceptance criteria with minimal technical debt.
• Guides the team on work breakdown and execution.
• Works with the Product Owner to ensure that product backlog/requirements are healthy, with clear acceptance criteria.
• Plays a team lead role (as an individual contributor) and mentors the team.
• Guides team members with skills and practices (planning and estimation, peer reviews, and other engineering practices).
