Job summary

OneStream is seeking a Software Engineer II to design, extend, and enhance applications within the OneStream platform. You will work with architects, finance systems experts, and business analysts to deliver robust financial consolidation, reporting, and analytics solutions.

The role blends hands-on coding with mentorship, balancing deep technical skills with collaboration and system-level thinking. Strong MS tech proficiency is required, with opportunities to influence product direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3+ years of software development with C#, .NET Core/Framework, and Microsoft ecosystems.
• 1–2 years of hands-on OneStream development experience (business rules, dashboards, workflows, data management, cube design).
• SQL Server/Oracle experience and data integration (APIs, ETL, REST, OData).
• Proficiency in unit testing, code reviews, and Agile development.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable applications using C#, .NET Framework, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Develop and execute unit tests and participate in code reviews for high-quality code.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA to deliver end-to-end software solutions.
• Integrate and enhance systems within the OneStream ecosystem for production.
• Troubleshoot complex issues within the OneStream platform, data integrations, and performance.
• Provide maintenance, support, and enhancements for APIs and cloud solutions.
• Contribute to DevOps initiatives including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployments.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote technical excellence.
• Engage in research to scope new features and solutions.
