Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, CS, IT or related field.
• Demonstrated experience with .Net using C# and VB, data analysis, cube design, dimension modeling, business rules, workflows, and platform configuration.
• 3+ years of .Net Developer experience.
• Strong communication skills; ability to present complex technical information in lay terms.
• Engage with non-technical stakeholders and translate requirements into design documents.
• Understanding of financial close and reporting activities, preferably in the federal government.
• Proficiency in VB.Net and SQL with working knowledge of VB, C#, Python, or REST API development.
• Data integration experience with Financial Systems (ERP) and related sources (SAP, Oracle Financials, Momentum).
• Possess or able to obtain a U.S. Federal Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and enhance OneStream applications using .Net to support finance objectives for federal clients.
• Build and maintain OneStream business rules, data management solutions, and application components for planning, reporting and budgeting.
• Translate client requirements into functional designs and technical solutions within OneStream.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities; ensure stable application performance.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support finance operations and process improvement.
• Show initiative to work independently and in a team; meet deadlines; communicate clearly.
