Job summary

Alegeus is seeking a Software Engineer II to help shape fintech and healthtech platforms. You will work with leadership and an Agile team to design and architect an enterprise application within the Alegeus product line.

The role combines hands-on development with collaboration across engineers, QA, and product owners to deliver secure, scalable software. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of software development experience, strong C#, RESTful services, and SQLServer/T-SQL expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 3-5 years’ software development experience with web applications.
• Fluency in web app development; strong C#, RESTful services, and SQL skills.
• Experience with .NET Core, T-SQL, and SQL Server tuning is desirable.
• Agile teamwork experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture for an enterprise application within the Alegeus product line.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor teammates and assist in production on-call rotations.
