Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in software development, DevOps or ITSM delivery.
• Ability to learn new languages, systems, and protocols quickly.
• Self-directed work style with ownership from planning through delivery.
• Strong organizational skills and structured planning.
• Experience with REST API development and integration.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Comfortable working across multiple systems and technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Jira, GitLab, GitHub, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts or agentic AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Develop, extend, and modernize automation across the LMP ecosystem.
• Identify opportunities to reduce technical debt and improve reliability.
• Design and build integrations using REST APIs and pipeline automation.
• Refactor legacy systems to modern languages and frameworks.
• Ensure production systems performance and reliability of automation.
• Collaborate across teams to solve complex ops and integration challenges.
• Create tooling and documentation to promote best practices and standards.
• Explore AI/automation technologies for monitoring and workflows.
