Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Backend experience with Python, TypeScript, or Go.
• Strong CS fundamentals, data structures, and performance optimization.
• Experience building/operating gRPC or REST APIs in production.
• Familiar with debugging distributed systems and AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude).
