Job summary

PDI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a proactive software engineer to join an energetic Agile team.

You'll diagnose, troubleshoot, and maintain our enterprise software solutions, collaborating closely with product managers and engineering leaders to improve performance and reliability. Eligible candidates should be proficient in C#/.NET and SQL, comfortable in Visual Studio, and able to work in a hybrid environment with occasional after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

3–6 years designing and developing software in a product environment.
Proficiency in .NET/C#, SQL.
SQL performance troubleshooting and tuning.
Experience with Visual Studio IDE and Azure DevOps or Jira.
Practical experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Actively support and develop software solutions for PDI products.
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues with urgency and thorough documentation.
Perform engineering-level tests to find defects; troubleshoot production issues.
Consult with Product Management on feasibility and high-level effort estimation.
Provide case status and risk assessments to ensure proper escalation and prioritization.
Work in an Agile environment to analyze and determine solutions to technical challenges.
Clarify and estimate feature work with the Product Owner.
Participate in after-hours support on a rotating basis every 3-4 months.
