Specright is hiring a Software Engineer II to design and develop software systems on our core platform. You will work with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions, with a focus on Salesforce technologies and data schema design.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, and offers a fully remote work arrangement in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Software Development.
• 2+ Experience in Salesforce Development.
• Experience building complex software systems and communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy.
• Understanding of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Experience with AI tools and familiar with Agentic SDLC.
• Experience with agile development methodology.
• Salesforce development certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Specright is looking to hire a Software Engineer II within our Engineering team. In this role you will work closely with other senior engineers to design and develop software systems. You will be assigned the majority of the company’s core tech stack and work in limited capacity with the product managers to clear requirements. You will work cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success, and Software Engineering.

Responsibilities and Duties

• 3+ years experience in Software Development
• 2+ Experience in Salesforce Development
• Experience building complex software systems and communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
• Understanding of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
• Experience with AI tools and familiar with Agentic SDLC
• Experience with agile development methodology
• Experience developing Salesforce managed packages is a plus
• Salesforce development certification is a plus
