What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and implement systems to enhance the security of Identity & Access Management (IAM) Systems
- Build and maintain tools to improve the IAM posture
- Conduct design and code reviews to ensure quality and security
- Analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of assigned systems
- Articulate security findings to a variety of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Experience in writing custom scripts in Python/C++ and PHP/Hack
- BS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience working on Information Security teams or conducting Information Security consulting engagements
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work cross-functionally

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in assessing security deficiencies in internal information systems and recommending mitigating controls
- Knowledge of evaluating systems architectural designs and technical security implementations in access management
- Experience building large-scale distributed systems or similar experience
- Ability to manage competing priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
