Job summary

Versique Consulting & Search is seeking a C# .Net Software Engineer experienced with React or Angular to build modern, scalable enterprise tools. You will work on a tight-knit Agile team focused on modernization while supporting legacy systems.

The role involves mentoring junior developers, collaborating across teams, optimizing performance, and delivering production-ready features in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in application development using C#, .NET Core, and React.
• Hands-on experience with React (≥6 months) or strong Angular expertise.
• Strong communication and ability to translate technical topics for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain web applications using C# and .NET Core on the backend, and React on the frontend.
• Collaborate across teams to troubleshoot, enhance, and support enterprise systems.
• Guide project planning, evaluate tasks, and ensure production-ready deliverables.
• Contribute to the full development cycle: design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Lead and participate in code reviews, ensuring performance and security standards.
• Provide mentorship to peers and junior team members while staying current with emerging tools.
• Optimize performance and debug complex issues.

We are seeking a C# .Net Software Engineer experienced with React or Angular who is ready to help build solutions that make a real difference to the business. You’ll be part of a tight-knit Agile team focused on delivering intuitive, high-performing tools, with a big focus on modernization while also supporting legacy code.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working across teams, and staying hands-on with the latest technologies. You’ll play a key role in keeping systems running smoothly, enhancing user experience, and mentoring junior developers while we build for scalability and innovation. This team mainly focuses on high profile, visible projects that are driving the future of technology for the organization.

Worksite Location: Hybrid; 4 days in the office, 1 remote each week (Maple Grove, MN)

Salary Range: Up to $115K salary + bonus No work visa sponsorship available; no C2C, thank you

Roles & Responsibilities:

Required Skills & Experience:

• Must possess some level of hands-on development experience with React (6+ months) OR strong Angular expertise
• Strong collaboration and communication skills—especially when translating technical topics for non-technical audiences
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continual learning and helping others grow
