Job summary

Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. seeks a Software Development Engineer for the Identity Analytics platform. You will own data ingestion, transformation, and serving pipelines that feed ML models and LLM-powered agents, collaborating with researchers to translate prototypes into scalable production systems.

You will design for reliability, performance, and scale, shaping how AWS Identity services evolve with insights used by IAM, STS, and other identity teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience for large systems.
• 1+ years designing multi-tiered, distributed software using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate scalable data pipelines processing Identity logs, metrics, and policy data.
• Own productionization lifecycle for ML models; deploy, monitor, and maintain in production.
• Build feature engineering infrastructure for ML training, evaluation, and inference.
• Enhance platform resilience with automated monitoring, fail-safe designs, and scaling.
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and PMs to align data models with use cases.
• Create onboarding capabilities for new Identity teams to integrate data quickly.
