Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Software Development Engineer to design and deliver data-driven solutions for the IDEAS team.

You will work on scalable ingestion systems, distributed architectures, and serverless apps using AWS services to empower AWS Sales field with actionable intelligence. The role involves collaborating with applied scientists and ML engineers, leveraging ML for data problems at scale, and participating in Scrum processes to ship robust data foundations for RAG

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience.
• 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data ingestion solutions for large-scale datasets.
• Build highly available, secure, distributed systems in microservices, container, and distributed architectures.
• Develop serverless applications using AWS Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, and Glue with infrastructure as code via AWS CDK.
