Universal Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer I to join the Corporate IS Department in King of Prussia, PA, focusing on Workday integrations across HR, finance, and payroll. You will help design, build, test, and support integrations with internal and external systems, under guidance from senior engineers.

The role emphasizes a foundational understanding of Workday technologies, strong troubleshooting, and collaborative problem solving in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• 1–3 years of software development or enterprise integrations experience required.
• Workday integrations experience preferred but not required; familiarity with Workday tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Workday integrations.
• Ensure secure, reliable data exchanges between Workday and internal/external systems.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to meet integration requirements.
• Monitor integrations and troubleshoot issues; escalate when needed.
• Maintain documentation, specifications, and procedures for integrations.
• Participate in system testing, Workday releases, upgrades and deployment.
• Learn Workday integration security concepts and best practices.
• Assist senior engineers with enhancements and process improvements.
• Support HCM, Financial Management, Payroll related Workday areas.
