Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc. in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a Software Engineer I for Workday integrations.

You will assist in design, development, testing, and maintenance of integrations across HCM, Finance, Payroll, and related domains. Under guidance from senior team members, you will build, troubleshoot, and support integrations between Workday and internal/external systems, gaining exposure to EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio while contributing to projects and operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 1–3 years of software development or enterprise integrations experience.
• Workday integrations preferred but not required.
• Experience with XML, JSON, APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with HR, Finance, Payroll processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design, development, testing, and maintenance of Workday integrations.
• Support secure data exchanges between Workday and other systems.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver integration solutions across enterprise functions.
• Monitor integrations and help troubleshoot issues and data problems.
• Help maintain documentation and integration specifications.
• Participate in system testing, releases, upgrades, and deployments.
• Learn Workday integration security and development best practices.
• Work with senior engineers on enhancements and optimizations.
• Support business processes across HCM, Financial Management, and Payroll.
