Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer I with experience in C++ and Linux to join our team in the Advanced Products and Solutions (APS) business unit, supporting EO/IR programs. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, and integration of software solutions that power next-generation EO/IR systems for critical aerospace and defense applications. This is an entry-level role ideal for those passionate about software engineering and eager to grow their skills in a challenging and rewarding environment. This position is an onsite role at our McKinney, TX facility.

What you will do
  • Design, develop, and debug software in C++ for real-time systems running on Linux platforms.

Qualifications
You Must Have

  • Ability to fly on flight test aircraft in support of system platform testing.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD.
