Job summary

The ideal candidate holds an active Top Secret/SCI with Fullscope Polygraph, strong critical-thinking skills, and can analyze, design, and implement reliable software within mission systems and data pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; 7+ years software engineering experience.
• Deep experience with satellite protocol processing.
• Experience with C++, Go, Rust, or Python for mission-critical systems.
• Active Top Secret/SCI with Fullscope Polygraph required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize satellite protocol processing software.
• Design and implement software using C++ or other modern languages such as Go, Rust, or Python.
• Develop reliable, efficient, and scalable software for operational environments.
• Apply analytical skills to diagnose issues, evaluate approaches, and improve performance.
• Integrate software components with mission systems, data pipelines, and processing frameworks.
• Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and contribute to best practices.
• Produce clear technical documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
