Job summary

ProSync Technology Group, LLC (ProSync) is seeking an experienced GG C++ Software Engineer with an Active Top Secret SCI with Fullscope Polygraph clearance. The role focuses on customer-facing development for satellite communications, requiring strong C++ real-time programming, automated testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will analyze requirements, develop software, debug defects, and design interfaces for data management while ensuring performance and reliability in

Qualifications

• Twenty (20) years experience as a SWE in programs/contracts of similar scope; or 24 years with no degree.
• Proficiency in C++ development with real-time systems and performance optimization.
• Experience with RF signals analysis or satellite communications system design and theory; ability to implement into software.
• Advanced Linux experience; OS deployment and hardening; PXE boot.
• Kubernetes security concepts and implementation; cluster design and lifecycle management.
• Git workflows, GitOps, builds and pipelines.
• Ansible playbooks and role development; YAML/JSON manipulation.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting; knowledge of unit testing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements to derive software designs for new applications or modifications.
• Write high-quality, maintainable C++ code for satellite applications.
• Identify, debug, and correct defects in existing software.
• Design and implement database or data repository interfaces and queries.
• Design and implement complex algorithms with strict timing/resource constraints.
• Integrate automated testing in the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with system architects, QA, and PMs to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for designs, processes, and interfaces.
