Job summary

ProSync Technology Group, LLC (ProSync) seeks a Software Engineer with satellite protocol processing experience to support a mission-focused development team. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in modern languages—preferably C++, with Go, Rust, or Python also acceptable—and a proven ability to work on complex, high-impact systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline with 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Satellite Protocol Processing - Develop, maintain, and optimize software components that process satellite-based data and mission protocols.
• C++ / Modern Language Development - Design and implement software using C++ or other modern languages such as Go, Rust, or Python.
• Mission-focused Engineering - Support mission requirements by developing reliable, efficient, and scalable software for operational environments.
• Critical Thinking & Problem Solving - Apply strong analytical skills to diagnose complex issues, evaluate technical approaches, and improve system performance.
• System Integration - Integrate software components with existing mission systems, data pipelines, and processing frameworks.
• Code Quality & Reviews - Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
• Documentation & Collaboration - Produce clear technical documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support mission execution.
