Job summary

ProSync Technology Group, LLC (ProSync) seeks a highly skilled C++ Software Engineer to design, develop, and evolve mission-critical satellite communications software. You will analyze user requirements, develop features, optimize performance, and ensure quality through automated testing.

The role involves collaboration with system architects, QA, and PMs to deliver on schedule. Required are twenty years of SWE experience, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and an active TS/SCI with Full Scope

Qualifications

• Twenty years of SWE experience in programs/contracts of similar scope.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
• C++ development with real-time systems and optimization.
• RF signals analysis or satellite communications knowledge.
• Linux experience and OS deployment knowledge.
• Kubernetes security concepts (RBAC, secrets) and Helm/Rancher.
• Git workflows, GitOps, builds and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements to derive software designs for new applications or modifications.
• Write high-quality C++ code for satellite communications.
• Identify, debug, and correct defects in existing software.
• Design and implement database or data repository interfaces and queries.
• Design and implement complex, high-performance algorithms.
• Integrate automated testing within the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with system architects, QA, and project managers.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for software designs and interfaces.
