Telemetry Today LLC in Washington, DC is seeking a Software Engineer I to join the HMS Factory Team. You will help build and maintain automated testing, log-analysis, and scenario-generation tools that support the Hivemind Platform (HMP).

You’ll contribute Python tooling, test automation scripts, analysis utilities, and documentation that help autonomy and systems developers run tests, understand simulation results, and identify software issues.

Qualifications

• Early-career developer with interest in autonomy, simulation, software test infrastructure, data analysis, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated testing, log-analysis, and scenario-generation tools for the Hivemind Platform (HMP).
• Collaborate with experienced engineers to evaluate AI Pilot behaviors through repeatable simulation testing and data-driven performance analysis.
• Contribute Python tooling, test automation scripts, analysis utilities, and documentation to help run tests, understand results, and identify software issues.
• Assist with build and dependency-management workflows, containerized infrastructure, and distributed test orchestration to improve reliability and scalability.
