Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE or related field.
• 0–2 years of software engineering or internship experience.
• Experience with Java, Scala, Python, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools.
• Understanding of APIs, databases, SQL, testing, and software fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and troubleshoot customer-reported and production issues.
• Analyze logs, APIs, data, and system errors to identify root causes.
• Develop fixes, workarounds, scripts, or automation.
• Use AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate debugging, implementation, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Services, Product Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Cloud Operations to drive issues to resolution.
• Document technical findings, root causes, and resolutions clearly.
• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement activities.
• Identify recurring production patterns and contribute stability-focused enhancements.
• Contribute to Product-requested feature packs based on business priority and team capacity.
• Participate in the Engineering Services on-call rotation outside normal hours as required.
