Primary Talent Partners has a contract opening for a Software Test Engineer I in Lafayette, CO. You will work with a cross-functional team on manual testing, documentation, and test automation for digital health software.

This 4-month W2 contract offers pay of $35.00-$40.00 per hour with no PTO or benefits; ACA-compliant supplemental package available. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and able to sit on W2 without sponsorship.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or Biomedical/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.

Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Software Test Engineer I with our medical device client in Lafayette, CO. This is a 4-month contract with a potential for extension.

Pay:

$35.00 - $40.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.

Description:

In the role as Software Test Engineer I, you will work with cross functional team members and program level stakeholders to advance existing technology or introduce new technology and therapies, specifically in Digital Health. You will work in a diverse, high performing team whose job covers several aspects of the product development process, with focus on manual testing, documentation, and test automation activities.

Top 3 technical skills that are required for the role:

• Collaborate with lead engineers and feature owners to understand requirements and acceptance criteria; Participate in scrum teams and functional reviews to contribute to technical decisions that result in a robust, maintainable, and reliable system by defining appropriate test coverage of new and existing features
• Create documentation for verification and validation activities in accordance with software development and test procedures for both applications and tools
• Manually execute test protocols and collect test evidence; Manage test scope, test scenarios, and provide test automation deliverables in a timely manner

Education Required:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or Biomedical/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent

Years' Experience Required:

1+ years of relevant experience
