Job summary

Kingland, a leader in enterprise software, seeks a Software Engineer to apply Go, JavaScript (Vue), Postgres, and AWS in a collaborative, fast-moving team. You will help establish coding principles and design patterns while working with product and engagement teams to validate solutions.

Ideal candidates enjoy problem solving, value best practices, and will contribute to secure, scalable software that supports our clients’ risk and regulatory needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with Go, Java, C#, or other programming languages.

Responsibilities

• Develop secure, performant, and maintainable code for Kingland Platform solutions.
• Participate in an Agile development process with cross-functional teams.
• Continually improve engineering principles to ensure quality and velocity.
• Leverage automated build and deploy processes to create and execute tests.
• Identify, fix and communicate defects throughout the software engineering process.
• Collaborate with teammates and clients from requirements to deployment and triage.
